Last updated 22 October 2026. This policy covers purchases of BuildWire Pro on readymadewp.com. The free BuildWire plugin costs nothing, so you can test the core features before you buy.
When we refund
BuildWire Pro is a digital download that is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, so refunds are limited to these cases, requested within 7 days of purchase:
- It does not work on your site and we cannot fix the problem within 5 working days of your support request.
- Duplicate payment for the same order.
- Payment taken but no licence or download delivered, and we cannot deliver it within 2 working days.
When we do not refund
- Change of mind, or buying the wrong plan. Write to us instead: we will move you to the right plan and you pay only the difference.
- Requests after 7 days from the purchase date.
- Problems caused by another plugin, theme or host that we have identified, or features Pro does not claim to have.
- Renewals, once the licence has been activated on a site.
How to request a refund
- Email contact@digitalpritam.in with your order number and a short description of the problem, so we can try to fix it first.
- If it qualifies, we approve the refund within 2 working days of the decision.
- The money goes back to the original payment method: UPI, card or net banking through Cashfree Payments, or PayPal for dollar orders. Your bank usually credits it within 5 to 7 working days.
- The licence key is cancelled, which switches BuildWire Pro off on your sites, and the download is removed from your account.
Cancellations
- Before payment, you can cancel by leaving the checkout. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically.
- Plans are paid once a year and never renew automatically, so there is no subscription to cancel. If you do not renew, the Pro tools switch off on the expiry date; pages you built stay, and the free plugin keeps working.
