1. General Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and services, we follow a strict no-refund policy once the product is downloaded or the service has started.

2. Digital Product Purchases (Themes, Plugins, Templates)

  • Refunds are not applicable once the product (theme, template, or plugin) is successfully delivered or downloaded.

  • If the file is corrupted or fails to install, our support team will help you fix the issue or re-send the files.

  • Refunds will not be processed for dissatisfaction based on design preferences or incorrect purchase.

3. Custom Services (Installation, Setup, Customization)

  • Orders for service-based products (such as setup or customization) can be canceled within 12 hours of payment, only if the work has not yet started.

  • Once work begins or is delivered, no refund will be issued.

4. Duplicate or Failed Transactions

  • If you are charged twice for the same product or service due to a technical error, we will issue a 100% refund for the duplicate transaction within 7 working days.

  • If your payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, please email us immediately at support@readymadewp.com with the transaction ID and payment details.

5. Refund Method

  • All approved refunds (for duplicate or failed transactions) will be processed to the original payment source (UPI/Net Banking/Card).

  • Refunds will be completed within 5–7 working days after approval.

6. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a refund or cancellation, please email us at support@readymadewp.com with the following details:

  • Your full name

  • Order ID or transaction ID

  • Email used for purchase

  • Reason for refund or cancellation

  • Screenshot of the issue (if applicable)

7. Exceptions

  • We do not provide refunds on promotional, discounted, or trial products.

  • Chargebacks through your bank or card issuer without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
